| 摘 要： | 在社会转型背景下 ,现代城市社区中心悄然兴起 ,在对北京城区部分社区中心实地调研基础上 ,本论文指出社区中心建设中存在的问题 ,并进一步提出加强社区组织建设 ,增加社区中心建筑设计的前期策划阶段、引入公众参与概念 ,争取国家政策、法规支持和企业资金支持的若干改进建议

| Abstract: | The problems during the foundation of urban community center as well as in its circulation are pointed out and the reasons are analysed in the article. Lastly the article puts forward improving advice such as strengthening community's organizations, adding architectural programming phase, inducting public participation, obtaining policy and enterprise sustentation etc. |
