旋甘口服液在急性白血病化疗中的应用

目的:观察旋甘口服液在急性白血病病人化疗后升高血小板的效果。方法:选择30例急性白血病患者随机分成两组,均采用标准方案化疗,治疗组口服旋甘口服液30～60ml,1日3次,1个月1疗程。未输注血小板。对照组用黄芪、参麦、益血生,当血小板<20×109/L伴明显出血倾向时输注机采血小板。结果:治疗组血小板上升满意。显效率达80%。全部病例未输注血小板,对照组输注血小板2～5个治疗量/人不等,显效率33%,两组有显著差异P<0.01。结论:旋甘口服液不失为治疗白血病的重要辅助药物。

Effect of oral liquid of Xuangan in acut leukemia chemetherapy

Objective To investigatc the outcome that oral liquid of Xuangan heighten blood platelet.Method30patient with acute leukemia were randomized into two group.both group were treated with standard scheme ,the treatment group taked oral liquid of Xuangan by mouth30ml-60ml per time,three times a day,a cours of treatment one month,Dont transport blood-platelet.The control group was treated with Astragaius mongholicus,shenmai,Yixuesheng.Being transported blood platelet while Plt<20×10 9 /L following the direction of obvious bleeding Results The treatment group is satisfied to raise blood platolet.The effi-ciency rate reached to80%.All cases havent be transported blood platelet.The contral group was transported blood plat let2～5treatment times every body.The efficiency rate is33%.There are significante difference between two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion Oral liquid of Xuangan is the im portant accessory medicine of curing leukemia.
