传统式混凝土管伸缩沉降缝结构缺陷改造的探讨

摘    要:伸缩沉降缝漏水是水工建筑物中一种常见的质量通病。针对传统式混凝土管伸缩沉降缝的止水材料性能缺点及结构缺陷,提出采用聚乙烯泡沫塑料板作填缝板、合成橡胶作止水带、埋入式与外贴式组合止水的双层式止水结构。实践证明,这种新结构的止水效果良好,施工简单,使用期长,维修方便,全寿命周期费用少,是一种宜于推广应用的水工建筑物接缝止水处理方法。

Abstract:The leakage of stretching-and-shrinking space is a frequent phenomenon in the hydraulic concrete buildings.Considering the limitation of watertight structure and watertight materials of traditional stretching-and-shrinking space in concrete pipe in the paper,a new method is given to innovate its technology.Than traditional structure,the new structure's watertight effect is better,its course life is longer,its maintenance cost is cut down and its working is simple.The method is worth popularizing.
