摘    要:针对海洋环境下螺纹紧固件的腐蚀特点及类型,提出真空渗锌/锌铬涂层复合涂覆层的方案。详细介绍了复合涂覆层的制备工艺,通过中性盐雾试验比较了化学镀Ni–P合金镀层、真空渗锌层、锌铬涂层和真空渗锌/锌铬复合涂覆层的耐蚀性。结果表明,真空渗锌/锌铬复合涂覆层的耐腐蚀性能明显优于单独使用化学镀Ni–P合金镀层、真空渗锌层和锌铬涂层。

Abstract:Based on the corrosion characteristics and main types of threaded fasteners in marine environment,a project of composite coating of vacuum sherardizing/Zn-Cr coating was proposed.The preparation process of the composite coating was introduced in detail,and the corrosion resistance of electroless Ni-P alloy deposit,vacuum sherardizing,Zn-Cr coating and composite vacuum sherardizing/Zn-Cr coating was compared by neutral salt spray test.Results proved that the corrosion resistance of the composite vacuum shera...
