| 摘 要： | 目的 讨论血清胱抑素C(CysC)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和尿微量清蛋白(mAlb)在早期糖尿病肾病中的应用价值.方法 采用免疫比浊法检测120例早期糖尿病肾病患者和55例健康者CysC、β2-MG、hs-CRP和mAlb,并对两组数据进行对比分析.结果 早期糖尿病肾病组CysC、β2-MG、hs-CRP和mAlb均明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 CysC可与β2-MG、hs-CRP和mAlb联合检测从而提高早期糖尿病肾病患者的检出率.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the application value of serum cystatin C(CysC) ,β2 microglobulin(β2-MG) ,high-sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and urinary micro-albumin(mAlb) for the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy(DN) .Methods 120 cases of patients with early phase of DN and 55 cases of healthy subjects were enrolled and detected for CysC,β2-MG,hs-CRP and mAlb with immunoturbidimetry and data of the two groups were compared.Results Levels of CysC,β2-MG,hs-CRP and mAlb in patients group were higher than those in healthy group(P<0.01 or P<0.05) .Conclusion Combined detection of CysC,β2-MG,hs-CRP and mAlb could increase the diagnostic rate of patients with early DN. |
