全电动大功率数控折弯机的设计

摘    要:折弯机是钣金制造业中的重要基础加工设备。提出一种基于开放式数控系统的新型全电动数控折弯机设计方案。以PC机、运动控制卡和伺服系统构成系统硬件;采用基于RTAI扩展的实时Linux操作系统和专业数控软件EMC2,保证了系统的运算能力和实时性。对大功率的折弯上模,采用了多电机同步驱动的控制方式,既满足了大功率的要求,控制了成本,又提高了折弯控制精度,有效地克服了传统的液压折弯机生产效率低、折弯精度不高的缺点。实践证明:该新型全电动数控折弯机的加工精度满足要求,折弯效率高。

Abstract:Bending machine is an important infrastructure for sheet metal manufacturing.A new high-power all-electric CNC bending machine based on open CNC system was presented.Industrial PC,motion control interface board and servo motion control system were used to build system hardware.Real-time Linux operating system with RTAI extension was used to install the professional CNC system EMC2 to ensure system’s computation power and real-time response.In y-axis,the high-power was achieved by adopting 3 servo motors drive synchronously.Not only bending precision is improved and power requirement is met,but also cost is reduced,the low efficiency and low bending accuracy of traditional hydraulic bending machine are effectively overcome.Practice has proved that the manufacturing precision and bending efficiency of the new all-electric CNC bending machine are high.
