摘    要:建立一种通用的数控机床故障监测和诊断专家系统,允许用户采用人机交互的方式建立故障树,以产生式规则表示故障树知识,在此基础上融合多种传感器信息,实现了正反向混合推理。实验结果表明:该专家系统能够利用多种传感器信息诊断出故障原因并给出维修方案,实现了对数控机床的故障诊断。

Abstract:A general fault monitoring and diagnosis expert system for NC machine tool was built.The system allowed users to build the fault tree in an interactive way and the knowledge of fault tree was expressed as production rules.On this basis,forward and backward reasoning with the integration of information from multiple sensors was realized.The experimental results show that by the expert system,fault reasons can be diagnosed using information from multiple sensors and repair scheme is given.So the goal of fault diagnosis for NC machine tool is achieved.
