坑道通风除湿分布式监控系统设计

摘    要:采用分级阶梯式结构,结合PLC、总线网络、组态软件等技术实现一种简单高效的分布式网络监控系统.系统主要功能模块包含:基于RS485接口的智能传感器、基于PLC的设备控制,以及基于组态王的监控软件.现场运行表明,系统可根据设定自动启停风机除湿机,也可在现场和监控中心进行实时控制,同时可以通过任意网络节点监视各个坑道环境变化情况和设备工作状态,达到预期效果.

Abstract:A simple and efficiently distributed network monitor and control system is realized by the classifying structure. It combines with technologies of PLC, bus networks, configuration software, etc. The system mainly function modules include smart sensors with RS485 interface, equipment controller based on PLC, monitor and control software based on KingView. The local running shows that the system can automatically start and stop the fan and dehumidifier according to enaction,it can also make real-time controls...
