摘    要:球墨铸铁管离心铸造时,对承口段浇注提出改进方案。经对主机行走控制的改造,使1次成型率由改造前的80%提高到95%以上,1次打压合格率由原来的60%提高到85%以上。

Abstract:The Improvement project of pouring of bearing entrance section is put forward when nodular iron pipe is forged by centrifugal casting method. Through reformation of operation control of main part, each molding rate is increased from former 80% to present 95%, every qualified rate in pressure testing is also increased from 60% to 85%.
