Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of pamidronate disodium-assisted NP regimen( vinorelbine + cisplatin) on breast cancer metastasis in breast cancer and its effect on serum type I carboxy terminal peptide( ICTP),osteocalcin( OSC),and osteoprotectin( OPG) The effect of urine type Ⅰ collagen pyridine cross-linked amino-terminal peptide( NTX). Methods Ninty-eight patients with bone metastases from advanced breast cancer admitted to the Liaoyou Baoshihua Hospital in Panjin from May 2015 to May 2017 were retrospectively selected as the research object. Forty-nine patients received NP regimen chemotherapy( NP group) and another 49 patients received NP regimen + pamidronate disodium treatment( combination group);compare the effects of chemotherapy,changes in serum ICTP,OSC,OPG,and urine NTX levels,two-year survival rate,and adverse reactions between the two groups. Results After treatment,the cure rate of patients in the combined group was24. 49%,the effective rate was 51. 02%,the effective rate was 16. 33%,and the inefficiency was 8. 16%. The cure rate of the NP group was14. 29%,the effective rate was 36. 73%,the effective rate was 32. 65%,and the inefficiency was 16. 33%,the curative effect of the combined group was better than that of the NP group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum ICTP,OSC,OPG and urine NTX levels between the combination group and the NP group( P > 0. 05);after 2 months of treatment,the combined group’s ICTP,OSC,OPG urine NTX levels were( 3. 80 ± 0. 91) ng/mL,( 5. 84 ± 1. 26) ng/mL,( 9. 31 ± 1. 84) U/L,( 3. 73 ± 0. 77) nmol/L,which were lower than those in the NP group ( 4. 41 ± 1. 13) ng/mL,( 6. 60 ± 1. 34) ng/mL,( 10. 58 ± 2. 01) U/L,NTX( 4. 46 ± 0. 93) nmol/L],the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). During the treatment,there was no statistical difference in the incidence of bone marrow suppression,nausea,vomiting,diarrhea,liver and kidney damage,and alopecia between the combined group and the NP group( P > 0. 05). There was no statistically significant difference in the loss to follow-up rate and 2-year survival rate of patients in the combined group and the NP group after a 2-year follow-up( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Pamidronate disodium-assisted NP regimen in patients with bone metastases from breast cancer has a certain effect on alleviating bone pain,improving tumor chemotherapy,and improving bone metabolism,but it is not obvious to improve long-term survival rate.
