| 摘 要： | 针对现有的冷端系统经济性诊断的不足，提出了一种新的诊断方法－－基准值诊断方法，将冷端系统内的众多因素划归为相关设备的性能指标和子系统的系统参数，通过三阶指标体系逐层分解，建立起每一个影响因素与供电煤耗率之间的联系，解决了系统和设备的性能评价标准问题，为冷端系统经济性诊断和节能提供了定量分析的方法，并通过实例验 证了诊断方法的正确性和可行性。

| Abstract: | A new method named `the reference value diagnosis method' is put forward for evaluating the operation economics of the cold-end system.By using this method, the cold-end system was taken as a whole unit and a three-order index evaluation system is established, The relationship between the performance indicator and influencing factor is defined. The correctness and availability of this method are verified by the operation data of the practical steam power unit. |
