摘    要:阐述了用电弧炉碳热还原法制备核级B4C粉末、经热压烧结制备高温气冷堆控制棒B4C芯块的研制过程,研究了添加剂对制备B4C芯块的影响。

Abstract:The paper introduces the process of making the nuclear grade B4C powder by Carbon Thermal Reduction in electric arc furnace. It also describes the development of making B4C pellets, used for high temperature gas-cooled reactor control rods, by hot press sinter process. The effect of additives on making sintered B4C pellets is studied.
