| Abstract: | The bid evaluation and decision method is introduced. Based upon analysis of the problems existed in bid evaluation and the relationship between bidding and engineering cost control reasonable measures and methods are elaborated for engineering cost control so that to resolve the problems in bid evaluation and to win the bid in the lowest price. |
