钢管内壁强化处理工艺方案

摘    要:采用超高压液压自紧技术,对钢管内壁进行强化处理.设计了工艺方案,构建的系统的最高压力可达1000MPa.分析了钢管的稳定性和强度,计算了钢管内壁强化层的厚度并绘制了应力曲线图.

Abstract:By applying the ultra-high hydraulic pressure for self-fixing technology,the inner wall of steel pipe is first strengthened.With regard to the processing scheme,the highest pressure of the established system reaches 1 000 MPa.Then,the stability and strength of steel pipe are analyzed.Finally,the thickness of strengthened layer is calculated for stress curve graphing.
