成型压力对SiC陶瓷制品密度的影响

摘    要:本文研究了不同压力下干压成型的陶瓷制品,在2150℃的高温下进行固相无压烧结,制备性能较好的陶瓷制品。通过对烧结体密度的研究,得出最佳的成型压力条件为100MPa,烧结密度为3.111g/cm^3,相对密度为97%。
