织物结构与放湿曲线的关系

摘    要:对13块纯棉白坯织物进行了调湿和放湿测试,得出了4组放湿曲线.通过对4组放湿曲线的分析和讨论,得出了织物紧度、经纬纱线密度以及织物组织与织物放湿性能的关系.其中织物紧度对放湿性影响最为显著;纱线线密度、织物组织以及经纬向紧度差异也影响到织物放湿性能.

Abstract:15 pieces of fabric were humidified under the same temperature and humidity condition,and the desorption properties of the fabrics were tested,then four groups of desorption curves were obtained.Through analysis and discussion of the desorption curves,the conclusions of relation between fabric specification(fabric tightness,warp and weft yarn fineness and weave structure) and desorption curves are founded.The most obvious effect on desorption properties is fabric tightness.The yarn fineness,weave structure and difference between warp and weft tightness can also affect desorption properties of the fabric.
