摘    要:针对强非均质油藏和大孔道稠油油藏提高采收率的需要,开展了自生气耐温冻胶泡沫调驱技术研究.冻胶泡沫是由起泡剂、聚合物和交联剂的溶液在气体作用下发泡形成的.它是以冻胶为外相的泡沫,比以水为外相的普通泡沫稳定性好.通过Ross发泡仪测定冻胶泡沫体系各组分对起泡和稳泡性能的影响,进行耐温性能评价,确.定了自生气耐温冻胶泡沫复合交联体系配方,即0.2%起泡剂AOS+0.1%复合交联体系+3 500 mg/L聚丙烯酰胺+3.45%亚硝酸钠+2.7%氯化铵+0.1%催化剂+0.1%热稳定剂.封堵实验结果表明,该体系在150 ℃下具有很好的选择性封堵能力和耐冲刷能力;并联岩心调驱实验结果表明,该体系具有明显的提高采收率效果,提高采收率为4.68%~47.73%.
