| 摘 要： | 本文简要回顾了田湾核电站场内应急计划与准备的过程。包括田湾核电站场内应急计划的编制和审评、应急组织建立、应急执行程序编制、应急设施建设、应急培训和应急演习等方面，重点对准备过程中所取得的经验及教训进行了总结；提出了今后工作的重点和改进的方向，以期使田湾核电站的应急准备工作持续改进，也可供业内同行借鉴和参考。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly retrospects the development and inplementation process of on-site emergency planning and preparedness in Tianwan Nuclear Power Station(TNPS),including the preparation of Tianwan Nuclear Power Station on-site emergency plan,establishment of emergency organization,compilation of emergency implementation procedures, construction of emergency facilities,personnel training and exercises,etc.The paper mainly summarizes the experience feedback from the process,and puts forward the main points needed to improve in the future,in order to continually improve emergency planning and preparedness of TNPS. |
