我国水资源可持续开发与利用

水资源属一种不断循环的自然资源，但在一定时间和范围内，还是相当有限的，并不是“取之不尽，用之不竭”的。全世界，特别是亚洲和非洲许多国家，面临着一场严重的普遍的水资源危机，本文通过分析我国水资源与水污染状况，提出解决水问题的措施，以促进水资源的可持续开发利用。

Sustainable exploitation and utilization of water resource

Water resource is a kind of natural resource with continuous circulating features, It is much limited in a definite space-time and not always inexhaustible in supply or available for use. In the whole world of today, especially in many Asian and African countries, a serious and widespread water crisis is worming its way to steal an attack. This thesis paper puts forward some measures for solving the water problems, by means of systematic analysis of water pollution condition, in order to speed up and broaden the sustainable exploitation and utilization of water resource.
