2,4-二氯-5-硝基苯基异丙基醚的合成工艺研究

摘    要:以2,4-二氯-5-硝基苯酚为原料,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂,碳酸钾为缚酸剂,滴加溴代异丙烷合成2,4-二氯-5-硝基苯基异丙基醚。研究了物料配比、缚酸剂和反应溶剂的用量、反应温度及反应时间对反应收率的影响。在优化的工艺条件下,产品纯度为95.1%,反应收率为95.5%。该方法具有合成成本低、产品纯度高、工艺操作简便等优点,便于工业化生产。

Abstract:2,4-Dichloro-5-nitrophenylisopropyl ether was prepared from 2,4-dichloro-5-nitrophenol in the presence of DMF,using potassium carbonate as deacid reagent,adding isopropyl bromide drop wise.Effects of deacid reagent,solvent,temperature,reaction time was investigated.Yield of 2,4-dichloro-5-nitrophenylisopropyl ether 95.5% and purity 95.1% could be gained in the optimized process conditions.The process has advantage on lowering costs,simplifying unit operations,high product purity,and convenience for the implementation of industrialization.
