超声波乙醇提取葡萄渣中总黄酮的工艺研究

摘    要:以葡萄渣为原料,探讨超声波乙醇浸提法提取葡萄渣中总黄酮的实验条件,通过单因素实验与正交实验法确立了超声波提取工艺最佳条件为:乙醇浓度95%,超声波作用时间90min,料液比1:50(g:mL),温度为60℃,提取次数2次,此时可获得较高的黄酮含量78.12mg/g。

Abstract:Extraction of total flavonoids from grape residues by supersonic method were discussed.The quantity of total flavonoids extracted was determined.Optimum conditions of extraction were determined by orthogonal method: the ratio of material over solvent is 1∶40 using 95% ethanol as solvent,and the extracting time is about 90min at the temperature of 60℃ by 2 times.The content of total flavonoids was up to 78.12mg/g.
