| 摘 要： | 目的:观察旋提手法改善椎动脉型颈椎病的头痛症状。方法:共计纳入椎动脉型颈椎病患者195例,剔除10例,脱落11例,进入统计分析174例,随机分配到手法组和牵引组。手法组采用旋提手法,牵引组采用牵引疗法,于治疗前和治疗后第1、3、5、7、9、11、13天及治疗后1月、3月共9个时间点观测患者的头痛情况。结果:从第7次治疗后手法组减轻头痛优于牵引组(P0.05),随着治疗次数的增加,2组治疗头痛均有减轻,头痛症状有进一步的改善(P0.01)。结论:旋提手法对于改善椎动脉型颈椎病患者的头痛症状有较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the effect of the rotation-traction manipulation on the headache in vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis（VACS）.Methods：One hundred and seventy-four patients were enrolled in the present study,and were randomized into manipulation group and control group.The patients were treated with rotation-traction manipulation and traction therapy in manipulation and control group,respectively.Headache scale in both groups were measured at baseline,on the 1st day,3rd day,5th day,7th day,9th day,11th day,13th day,1st month,3rd month and after the treatment.Result：Since the 7th treatment,the symptom of headache in manipulation group was relieved more effectively than in the control group（P0.05）.With treatment times increasing,headache was alleviated more and more in both groups（P0.01）.Conclusion：Rotation-traction manipulation is effective in relieving headache caused by VACS. |
