摘    要:目的了解阴道炎患者支原体感染及其对抗生素的耐药情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法回顾分析2010年1月1号到2011年12月31号送检的1360例阴道炎患者宫颈分泌物标本的支原体培养、鉴定、计数以及对12种抗菌药物药敏试验结果。结果检测支原体感染862例,阳性率为63.4%,其中解脲支原体(Uu)感染560例(65.0%),人型支原体(Mh)感染120例(13.9%),解脲支原体、人型支原体(Uu+Mh)合并感染182例(21.1%)。药敏结果显示,Uu单独感染及uu+Mh合并感染对交沙霉素、强力霉素、美满霉素敏感。喹若酮类与大环类酯类药物耐药率下降。Uu+Mh合并感染呈耐药性谱广、耐药率高特点。结论Uu+Mh合并感染耐药性增加,交沙霉素、强力霉素和美满霉素可作为治疗支原体感染的首选药物。支原体培养及药敏检测对于治疗阴道炎患者具有重要的临床意义。

Abstract:Objective To study the charateristies of drug resistence and infection of mycoplasma. Methods retropeetive analysis the mycoplasma was detected by culture in 2620 cases cervx's secretion from January 12, 2003 to April 12, 2009, with an observation of drug susceptibility to 11 antibiotics. Results Mycoplasma infections were detected in 862 cases, the positive rate was 63.4 %, including Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) infection in 560 cases(65.0 % ), Mycoplasma hominis(Mh) infection in 120 cases( 13.9 % ), Uu and Mh mixed infection in 182 cases(21.1% ). The results of drug susceptibility test showed: Uu infection, Uu and Mh mixed infection were all sensitive to josamycin, doxycycline and minocycline. The resistance rates of guinoloncs and macrolidcs were declining. Uu and Mh mixed infection showed broader resistance spectrum and higher resistance rate. Conclusion Uu and Mh mixed infection will increase drug resistance. Josamycin doxycyclibe and minocycline can be the preferred choices for treatment of mycoplasma infectiou. The detection of mycoplasma infection and its drug resistance play an important guide role in the clinical treatment of vagina infection.
