| 摘 要： | 简述了化工生产装置发生硫化亚铁自燃的危害性,比较了目前防止硫化亚铁自燃的几种方法,介绍了FZC-1硫化亚铁化学清洗剂的性能特点及在扬子石化加氢裂化装置的应用情况。应用结果表明:FZC-1硫化亚铁化学清洗剂对防止硫化亚铁自燃效果明显,且不会造成环境污染。

| Abstract: | The danger of ferrous sulfide self-combustion taking place in the chemical complex is briefly described. Furthermore, compared with the current ways of preventing from ferrous sulfide self-combustion, the performance of FZC-1 is instructed. According to its performance shown on hydrocracking installation of YPC, it stated that FZC-1 had obvious advantage of preventing from self-combustion, and would not result in environment pollution. |
