摘 要: | 超声技术在评价颈动脉易损性斑块方面发挥着重要作用,且进展迅猛,主要新技术有血管内超声、血管内超声虚拟组织学技术、斑块超声造影技术、血管内弹性成像技术、动脉管壁回声跟踪技术、声辐射力脉冲成像技术、血管外虚拟组织成像技术、实时复合成像技术、灰阶超声血流成像技术、速度向量成像技术及三维能量多普勒等。本研究就上述新技术作一综述。

Abstract: | Ultrasound technologies play an important rolein evaluating the plaque ofcarotid artery with rapid progress. The new technologies include intravascular ultrasound, intravascular ultrasound-virtual histology, plaques contrast-enhanced ultrasound technology, Virtual Histology-extra vascular ultrasound, E-Tracking, ARFI, the extra vascular virtual tissue imaging, real-time compound imaging technology, B-Flow, velocity vector imaging, 3D-PDI, etc. Here is to review on these new technologies. |
