小儿咳喘灵口服液质量标准研究

摘    要:目的建立小儿咳喘灵口服液质量控制方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定方中君药麻黄中盐酸麻黄碱的含量,同时对金银花、苦杏仁、甘草、板蓝根进行薄层色谱鉴别。结果盐酸麻黄碱进样量在o.02008~0.4016μg(r=o.9999)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为98.94%,RSD为1.2%(n=6);薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。结论所用方法准确、重现性好,可用于小儿咳喘灵口服液的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish the method for quality control of Xiaoerkechuanling Liquid. Methods The Ephedrine Hydrochloride in Herba Ephedrae was determined by HPLC, while the Flos Lonicerae Japonicae, Semen Armeniacae Amarum, Radix Et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae, Radix were authenticated by TLC. Results Determine by HPLC: The linear rangers of Ephedrine Hydrochloride was 0. 020 08-0. 401 6 μg (r =0. 999 9), The average recovery was 98.94%, with RSD was 1.2% (n =6). The spot on the TLC plate was clearly. The negative contrast was not disturbed. Conclusion This method was accurate and has a good reproducibility. It can be used for quality control of Xiaoerkechuanling Liquid.
