| 摘 要： | 从临床剖检表现为典型纤维素性心包炎、肝周炎和气囊炎的病死雏番鸭和雏半番鸭中分离到 3株菌— F980 6 2、F980 73、F980 74 .根据培养特性、形态观察、染色特性及血清型鉴定均为血清 型鸭疫里默氏菌 .将以上 3株鸭疫里默氏菌按常规方法进行生化特性的测定 .结果表明同一血清 型的三株不同鸭疫里默氏菌 ,其生化特性不尽相同

| Abstract: | Three bacterial strains named as F98062 , F98073 and F98074 were respectively isolated from the livers of died muscovy ducklings and mule ducklings with the disease of typical fibrinous pericarditis, perihepatitis and airsacculitis. They were identified as Riemerilla anatipestifer type Ⅱ according to raising characters, microscopical observation, staining characters and serotyping tests. The results showed the biochemical characters of different Riemerella analipestifers of type Ⅱsero were different from each other. |
