材料多因素对30 mm滤嘴长卷烟主流烟气量及过滤效率的影响

采用正交试验设计的方法研究30 mm滤嘴长卷烟的卷烟纸、成型纸、接装纸及嘴棒组合搭配对卷烟主流烟气中焦油量、烟气烟碱量、烟气一氧化碳量、烟气水分及卷烟过滤效率的影响.结果表明:接装纸透气度、嘴棒吸阻及丝束规格分别是影响卷烟主流烟气量、过滤效率的高度显著因素及重要因素.重点对其进行调整和控制,可以很好地实现30 mm滤嘴长卷烟主流烟气量及过滤效率的控制,减少产品质量波动,降低产品成本.使用该方法可根据试验指标的特征,并结合卷烟感官质量、具体的设备性能、工艺及生产成本等因素综合平衡,以快捷、高效、经济、准确地确定卷烟材料的最优搭配方案.

Effects of Cigarette Materials on Mainstream Smoke Delivery and Filtration Efficiency of Cigarette with 30 mm Filter Rod

The orthogonal test,which deals with different cigarette paper,tipping paper,wrapping paper and filter,is designed and applied to study the effects of these factors on the mainstream smoke delivery and filtration efficiency of the cigarette with 30 mm filter rod.It is indicated through the results that the air permeability of tipping paper and the pressure drop of filter rod are the most prominent and important influencing factors.Therefore,the adjustments and controls of these factors are the keystones of the cigarette quality control,which is one of the best channels to reduce the costs of the products.The orthogonal test is proved to be a shortcut,efficient,economical and veracious one to seek the optimized scheme to arrange cigarette materials in pairs or groups.
