复合烧结助剂对 ZnNb2O6陶瓷的低温烧结与性能的影响

摘    要:采用传统固相反应法制备了 ZnNb2O6陶瓷,研究了复合添加 BaO-CuO-V2O5(BCV)烧结助剂对 ZnNb2O6陶瓷的烧结特性、物相组成、微观组织形貌及微波介电性能的影响。结果表明:掺杂少量 BCV 的 ZnNb2O6陶瓷物相组成并未改变,仍为 ZnNb2O6单相。添加质量分数 2%的 BCV 可使 ZnNb2O6陶瓷的烧结温度降至 950 ℃,并且在 950 ℃烧结 3 h 具有较佳的微波介电性能:εr=24.7,Q·f=75 248 GHz,τf= –50.4×10–6/℃。

Effects of composite sintering additives low temperature sintering and properties of ZnNb2O6 ceramics
Abstract:ZnNb2O6 ceramics were prepared by conventional solid-state reaction method.The effects of BaO-CuO-V2O5(BCV) complex additive on the sintering behavior,phase composition,micromorphology and microwave dielectric properties of ZnNb2O6 ceramics were investigated systematically.The results show that the crystal structure of BCV doped ZnNb2O6 samples are characterized as pure columbite structure ZnNb2O6 and no secondary phase can be detected by XRD.The sintering temperature of ZnNb2O6 ceramics is effectively lowered to 950 ℃ by adding 2%(mass fraction) BCV and the optimum microwave dielectric properties: εr=24.7,Q?f =75 248 GHz,τf = –50.4?10–6/℃ are obtained with 2% BCV doped ZnNb2O6 ceramics sintered at 950 ℃ for 3 h.
