| 摘 要： | 介绍了目前信息质量的研究情况,针对C4ISR系统的特点,利用一种三维立体结构模型研究C4ISR系统的信息能力。该模型把信息能力分为质量维、内容维和时效维。质量维包含客观性、效用性和完整性;内容维包含信息完备性、关联性、一致性和新颖性;时效维包含实时性、反应时间、访问时间和机动性。所建立的指标体系比较完备的反应了C4ISR系统对信息能力的要求。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the situation of the study in information ability,using a three dimensions model for the study of the information ability in C~4ISR systems according to the attributes of the C~4ISR systems. This model separates the information ability into quality dimension,contents dimension,and timeliness dimension.The quality dimension includes objectivity,utility,and integrity;the content dimension includes completeness,relevancy,consistency,and novelty;the timeliness dimension includes real time,responsiveness,access time,and flexibility.The criteria completely reflect the requirements of the information ability in C~4ISR systems for the missions. |
