摘    要:建立了基于动态调度算法,根据生产能力来判断能不能接收加工任务的加工Agent数学模型。可在生产能力允许的前提下,综合考虑加工成本、搬运成本、加工时间及搬运时间,分别算出总成本和总时间,并对其进行无量纲化和单位化处理,得到目标函数,从中选出最优加工路线。并用实例证明了该方法的可行性。

Abstract:In this paper,the key point is to introduce the mathematical model of process agent based on arithmetic of dynamic scheduling,which can be used to judge whether to accept processing tasks according to manufacturing capacity.If the manufacturing capacity permits,the processing cost,the transporting cost,the processing time,and the transporting time will be considered as a whole.Then we work out the total cost and total time,and make these two no dimension and into unit.Thus we can get the objective function,and choose the best processing route.The feasibility of this approach is proved by an example.
