HAZOP分析在高性能纤维项目设计中的应用

摘    要:介绍了碳纤维、芳香族聚酰胺纤维、超高分子量聚乙烯纤维等高性能纤维的主要生产工艺;概述了高性能纤维的安全生产特点;简述了危险源及可操作性(HAZOP)分析方法;使用HAZOP分析方法分析了对位芳纶项目设计中的硫酸储存混合流程;指出HAZOP分析方法对高性能纤维项目设计进行检查检验、减少设计错误、提高设计准确度和装置运行的稳定性有重大意义。

Abstract:The dominant production process of high-performance fiber,including carbon fiber,aromatic polyamide fiber,was introduced.ultrahigh-molecular mass polyethylene fiber.The safety production characteristics of high-performance fiber were described.The hazard and operability analysis(HAZOP) was briefly described.HAZOP analysis was used to analyze the sulfuric acid storage and mixing process in para-aramid fiber project design.It was pointed out that HAZOP analysis had great significance for checking high-performance fiber project design,minimizing design errors,improving design accuracy and equipment operation stability.
