计算机在液压系统故障诊断中的应用

摘    要:分析了液压系统故障诊断的特点、机理以及传统方式和方法。根据液压系统的容积效率和故障率,利用计算机对其测量值进行一定的计算处理,然后与标准参考值进行比较,再结合其他参数,从而分析、预测和诊断故障。此法检测精确度介于简易诊断和精密诊断之间,在经济状况不是很好,不增加或少增加检测元件和设备的情况下,通过此法可解决部分实际问题。

Abstract:The paper analyzed the characteristics and the mechanism of fault diagnosis in the hydraulic system, and the traditional way and method of fault diagnosis. Based on cubage efficiency and fault rate of hydraulic system, the paper utilized computers to process values that have been measured by the hydraulic system. By comparing measurements with standard values, and then combining with other parameter, faults were analyzed, forecasted and diagnosed. The accuracy of this detection is between simple diagnosis and precise diagnosis for the method. Under the poor economic situation, without any increase or less increase of the testing components and equipments, some part of actual problems can be solved by this method.
