向日葵花盘中绿原酸的微波辅助提取工艺条件研究

摘    要:以向日葵花盘为原料,采用微波法辅助提取向日葵花盘中的绿原酸,研究可能影响绿原酸提取率的每一个因素。实验中以绿原酸的提取率为考查指标,考查乙醇浓度、料液比、微波时间、微波功率、微波温度、浸提温度、浸提时间、pH等八个因素对绿原酸提取率的影响,通过对提取过程中每一个细致因素的分析,得到较佳的工艺条件:乙醇浓度70%;料液比1∶20;微波温度60℃;微波功率300 W;微波时间6 min;浸提温度70℃;浸提时间20 min;pH值为7。此时向日葵花盘中绿原酸的提取率达到3.12%,为向日葵花盘中绿原酸的工业化微波辅助提取提供了借鉴。

Abstract:Microwave-assisted extracting was used in extracting chlorogenic acid from sunflower disc, and every factor that may influence extracting chlorogenic acid was also researched. Taking the extraction ratio as the indicator , the ethanol concentration, the ratio of sample to solvent, the microwave time, the microwave power, the microwave temperature, the extraction temperature, the extraction time and pH degree were studied. By analyzing the elaborate factors, The optimum processes were as follows: the ethanol concentration 70%, the ratio of sample to solvent 1 : 20, the microwave time 6 min, the microwave power 300 W, the microwave temperature 60℃,the extraction temperature 70℃, the extraction time 20 rain and pH degree 7. At the same time, the extraction ratio reached 3.12% to supply some references for the industrial extraction of chlorogenic acid from sunflower disc.
