| 摘 要： | 健康是相对于疾病而言的,无论健康或是疾病都是在内、外因素的作用下,人体阴阳、脏腑、气血的不同状态,即"天人合一"、"阴阳自和"、"形与神俱"功能状态的反应。长期以来,中医学侧重于对疾病状态的辨识,借鉴对疾病的辨识实现对健康的认知。从系统的角度看,健康是一种状态,中医的"证"、"体质"、"生理病理特点"等,也都是一种状态,因此,个体人的状态是健康认知理论的逻辑起点。
