摘    要:以分析对流干燥过程中废气循环的节能原理为基础,针对干燥废气循环比和能耗之间的关系进行了研究,得出了当干燥废气循环比增加到一定程度时,提高循环比对于干燥能耗的降低影响很小。并进一步结合实例计算,在综合考虑节能和干燥速率的情况下,确定出循环比为5时,将比原干燥流程能耗降低14.96kW,热效率提高5.41%。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of energy saving for a convective drying with exhaust gas circulation,it was performed to do some research on the effect of ratio of exhaust gas circulation on energy consuming in convective drying,and by which it was deduced that when the ratio of exhaust gas circulation increase to the some level,the effect of energy saving is very little.And considering both energy saving and drying speed,the ratio of circulation is ascertained 5 for an convective drying with exhaust gas circulation...
