栀子根挥发油的成分分析

摘    要:分别采用超临界CO2萃取法和水蒸气蒸馏法提取栀子根的挥发油.并通过气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其进行分析,以峰面积归一化法对各组分进行定量计算.结果表明,超临界CO2萃取法提取物和水蒸气蒸馏法提取物中分别有65种物质和59种物质被鉴别,占总挥发油的86.546%和73.626%.

Abstract:The essential oils extracted from Radix Gardeniae jasminoidis by supercritical fluid extraction-CO2(SFE-CO2) and steam distillation(SD) were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) while the relative content of the components were determined by normalization method.The analysis results indicated that 65 components from SFE-CO2 and 59 components from SD were identified,which composed 86.546% and 73.626% of total essential oils respectively.
