2-氨基-6-甲氧基苯并噻唑的梯度控温合成工艺

摘    要:对氨基苯甲醚与硫氰酸钠在溴素-醋酸的催化下得到虫荧光素中间体2-氨基-6-甲氧基苯并噻唑,采用梯度控温法将反应时间缩短至5h,优化后反应条件为25℃下反应2h,而后升温至35℃继续反应2h,最后升温至40℃反应1h,反应即达到终点.本研究将反应时间由10h缩短为5h,且采用无毒的硫氰酸钠替代有毒的硫氰酸铵,使得反应更适...

Abstract:2-amino-6-methoxybenzothiazole is a key intermediate of dyes,and it is also a key intermediate of Firefly Luciferin.2-amino-6-methoxybenzothiazole was synthesized by cyclization reaction of anisidine and sodium thiocyanate catalyzed by Br2-CH3COOH.Ammonium thiocyanate was substituted by sodium thiocyanate and gradient temperature control was used in this reaction.The reaction time was reduced to 5 h,and ammonium thiocyanate was substituted by sodium thiocyanate.In this way,the reaction is more suitable for ...
