大型翻板闸门流体激振的双模型试验研究

摘    要:针对水工闸门的流激振动普遍存在的情况下,振动强度难以预测的问题,通过双模型试验获得结构振动响应特征,即通过变态相似的水力学模型试验获得流体激振载荷功率谱密度,借助严格比例的结构模型试验获得液固耦合下的结构分析点的传递函数,通过数值计算得到不同工况下闸门过流时的振动随机响应特征.在某大型翻板闸门的应用结果表明,该方法合理有效,通过模型试验与随机响应计算,预测实际流激振动的随机响应特征量;门顶过流时该闸门的振动响应集中在低频段,不会产生共振现象,同时该闸门对波浪载荷作用将是敏感的,必须给予充分关注.

Abstract:It is very common that flow-induced vibration of hydraulic gate exists . Its intensity is hard to forecast. The technique here researched is called dual model method, that is , to get flow-induced load power spectrum density by distorted models ,and to measure load-response transfer function by strict structure model with solid-liquid coupled. The random respose character can be calculated under various flow situations passing the gate. The test results applied to Suzhou river flag gate showed that the dual model method is reasonable and effective. The vibration response energy of long span flap gate when flow passes concentrates in low frequency and there is no resonance. Also the results indicated that the gate is sensitive to wave load,and that it is important to pay particular attention to this phenomenon.
