MBR法处理校园污水的应用研究

摘    要:本文采用MBR工艺处理校园污水,MBR系统是由接触氧化池和纳滤膜组件构成.结果表明,膜通量并不是随着压力或温度的升高而一直增大;混凝正交试验最佳投药量PAC为7.5 mg/L;进水COD为388.08 mg/L,出水CODcr、NH3-N、SS去除率分别达到92.2%、81.9%、91.4%;检测细菌个数少于3个/L.达到《城市污水再生利用》(GB/T18920-2002)回用水的标准.可回用于浇洒绿地和冲洗车辆,提高了水资源的利用率.

Abstract:Campus wastewater is treated with MBR system,which consists of the contact oxidation pond and nanofiltration membrane module.The results show that the seepage discharge of membrane is not always increased with the increase of the operation temperature or pressure;the best orthogonal test coagulation dosage PAC is 7.5 mg/L;influent COD is 388.08 mg/L,and the removal rate of output water CODcr,NH3-N and SS can respectively reach to 92.2%,81.9% and 91.4%;the number of bacteria detected is less than 3/L.The sys...
