| 摘 要： | 西部利用外商直接投资不仅规模小、增长缓慢,在全国的比例呈下降趋势,而且档次低、质量差,使西部失去了外商直接投资这一推动经济增长的重要力量。为改变严峻形势和不利局面,必须加强基础设施建设,转变政府职能,改善投资环境,发挥资源优势,搞好引资项目的规划论证,加大招商引资力度,拓宽利用外资领域,办好开发区,严把外资质量关。

| Abstract: | West China's employment of FDI is characterized by small scale,low increase,low grade and quality,so that west China loses the impetus to push its economy forward.In order to alter this situation,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of infrastructure,change the function of the government,improve the investment environment,give full scope to resources,strengthen inviting foreign investment,widen the range of employing foreign capital,handle the developing zones well and control the quality of foreign capital. |
