提高EPS轻骨料混凝土强度的研究

摘    要:利用废旧聚苯乙烯(EPS)泡沫塑料颗粒作为轻骨料,以硅酸盐水泥为胶凝材料,制作轻骨料混凝土。采用不同外加剂增强材料,搅拌过程中采用“造壳”法,并对“造壳静停”法进行研究,EPS轻骨料混凝土最终的强度由水泥浆体强度决定。

Abstract:This paper presents how lightweight concrete is made by using worn-out EPS foam granules as light aggregate, and Portland cement as coagulate material, an experiment which involves exploration of the method of "making hulls" in the mixing process by using an admixture of different reinforcing materials, the method of "still resting of hulls", and the method of improving the strength of EPS light aggregate concrete.
