| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护士肺结核防护知识、实践行为与医院安全气候之间的关系。方法便利选取长沙市某三级甲等综合医院375名护士,应用一般资料问卷、肺结核防护问卷、医院安全气候量表进行调查。结果护士肺结核防护知识总分为(18.71±3.45)分,实践行为总分为(38.15±2.41)分,均为中等水平。医院安全气候总分为(109.42±11.74)分,其中防护设备、沟通、工作环境3个维度与防护知识呈正相关(P<0.05,P<0.01)。医院安全气候各维度与实践行为呈正相关,其中防护设备和工作环境对实践行为的影响最大(均P<0.01)。结论医院管理者应展现营造安全文化的态度,尽量提供充足的护理人力资源及防护设备,改善工作环境,营造良好的安全气候,有助于护士肺结核防护知识及实践行为能力的提高。
