| 摘 要： | 在分析了全国大学生就业形势的前提下,认为高校毕业生就业形势紧张并不是高校扩招惹的祸,而就业结构性矛盾是大学生就业难主要的原因.面对当前日益严峻的大学生就业形势,体育高等院校要转变办学观念,将学校办学责任目标后移;转变就业观念,用大众化教育的观念来对待就业;改革办学思想,构建与时代发展相适应的体育院校专业体系.

| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing the employment situation in China, the author points out that the employment difficulties do not come from the expansion of college recruitment, but from the unreasonable employment structure. To help the students find jobs, the P.E. institutes should change their ideas about running the schools and employments as well as establish specialty system that can meet the development of the society. |
