| 摘 要： | 治疗先天性髋关节脱位610例,计856个髋关节,用胶皮兜固定自动复位法治疗251个髋,复位成功率94.5％;手法复位平面蛙式铝板支架固定法治疗615个髋,复位成功率98％;四步牵引后手法复位铝板支架固定法治疗3个髋,复位成功率100％。随访605个髋关节, 优良率98.3％。本法一般固定6～9个月,同定体位为蛙式位,且不同定膝关节,使其有一定的活动范围,因而减少了并发症。

| Abstract: | Of 856 congenital dislocation of hip joint, 251 were fixed by automatic reposition method of fixation of rubber pocket, effective rate was 94.5％; 615 were fixed by frog type support of aluminium plate after manual reposition, effective rate was 98%; 3 were fixed by the same method, effective rate was 100%.Depended on 605 hip joints of follow-up survey, prepotent rate was 98.3%. Characteristics of longer time fixing (6～9 months), frog type posture, freeing knee joint get less complication. |
