注塑机料筒温度模糊变系数PID控制研究

摘    要:利用模糊控制的原理在线调整PID控制器参数,从而构成模糊变系数PID控制器。讨论了该控制器的结构及实现方法.并将其应用于注塑机料筒的温度控制。实验结果表明.对于注塑机料筒温度的控制,与普通PID控制器相比,模糊变系数PID控制算法有较好的控制性能和较强的鲁棒性。

Abstract:A new type of fuzzy variable-coefficient PID controller was discussed. By using fuzzy reasoning rules, fuzzy tables for PID parameters were obtained, and the parameters of PID algorithm can be modified on line by looking up these tables. This method has ability to resist the time-varying of system parameters, it is simple enough for real-time control and can be easily used by micro-processor based controller. It is used for the temperature control of injection machine material canister, the experimental results show that the fuzzy variable-coefficient PID controller has good performance in both dynamic and static state, and is more robust than normal PID controller.
