| 摘 要： | 分析了镁还原-真空蒸馏法生产海绵钛产品中氮杂质的来源,提出提高原料质量,加强设备密封性,降低还原反应温度来降低氮杂质含量的措施,可提高产品质量。

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the source of nitrogen on titanium sponge.The measures include the fineness of TiCL more than 99.9 percent,Mg reaching standard of second class,reducing the contiguity of distillation and air,taking from the temperature of reduction.The series of measures make the content of nitrogen,inclusion defect and HB decreased.So the quality of titanium sponge was improved. |
