矿用钢丝绳探伤仪标定方法的研究

摘    要:介绍了钢丝绳损伤检测的原理。分析了影响钢丝绳损伤信号的各种因素,对断丝根数、断口宽度和断丝分布合理的配置,设计了标样钢丝绳,采集标样绳损伤信号。介绍了支持向量回归机SVR的原理,通过SVR对断丝根数与检测信号特征值定量分析。将定量分析涉及参数保存为标定文件。调用标定文件参数对该型号钢丝绳检测信号进行数据处理,经测试可基本实现钢丝绳损伤的定量识别。

Abstract:The principle of wire rope damage detection was introduced.Various factors of impact of damage signal were analyzed.Make reasonable configuration of number of broken wires,fracture width and distribution.A standard sample wire rope was designed.Introduced principle of SVR,make quantitative analysis between number of broken wires and signal characteristics.Save parameters in calibration file.Process wire detection signal with parameters.The damage can be quantitative identified by test.
