摘    要:随着航空装备性能不断提高,对高速永磁电机的功率密度要求不断提高,电磁方案的极限设计使定子饱和效应越发明显。定子饱和会直接影响磁导谐波变化和转子涡流损耗大小。本文将子域法和等效磁路法结合进行迭代计算,提出一种考虑定子饱和的航空高速永磁电机转子涡流损耗解析模型。利用该解析模型计算了不同气隙长度、不同槽口大小对转子涡流损耗的影响。最后以一台航空高速永磁电机的进行实验测试,将解析结果与实验结果、有限元结果进行对比,验证解析模型的正确性。

Abstract:With the continuous improvement of the performance of aviation equipment, the power density requirements of high speed permanent magnet motor (HSPMSM) are increasing, and the stator saturation effect become more obvious due to electromagnetic limit design. Stator saturation will directly affect the harmonic variation of magnetic conductivity and the rotor eddy current loss (RECL). In this paper, an analytical model of aero HSPMSM considering stator saturation was proposed by combining the subdomain method with the equivalent magnetic circuit method. The effects of different air gap lengths and slot sizes on RECL were calculated by using the analytical model. Finally, an aero HSPMSM was tested experimentally. The analytical results were compared with experimental result and finite element result to verify the correctness of the analytical model.
