| Abstract: | Make home market of our country further whole by joining WTO;domestic and intern ational market conforms all-sidedly;market competition and the economic campaign of our country will comply with the rule of WTO.In the timetable to carry out t he rule of WTO all-sidedly in our country,Guizhou province relatively enclosed a nd backward geotechnical engineering profession carry out geotechnical engineering system and improve and perfect it according to international convestion and advanced practice,in order to meet new change and competition. |
